So I guess it's about time we got some Inquisitor stuff on the page. Since day one Dave has been working on the Inquisitor minis, assembling and painting the kits for Odd2K in preparation for the launch of the game this past summer. For his own collection, he has managed to convert some stunning pieces such as an Ogryn Mercenary and an Eldar Farseer which I'll try to get more shots of in the near future.
Presented here are shots of the Ogryn, sporting a stylin' assault cannon and a big honkin' axe. It is not known to me as I write this if Dave has an Inquisitor character done up for this lad or not - I will certainly get the stats and any background fluff he has on him posted as soon as it becomes available.
Here he is. Grim, huh? The base mini was the new Citadel giant with bits from the plastic Space Marine Dreadnought kit, as well as a hearty helping of Green Stuff, which was used on details such as the bandoliers and the comm-link headset.
A stunning piece of work that really stands out amoung the new line of Inquisitor figures. As I say, I will endeavor to get some more shots of this guy in the near future as well as some more Inquisitor goodies. Look for shots of Geoff's Witch Hunter model which I have currently sitting on my hard drive awaiting some TLC.
