40K Battalion is a rules system for providing a strategic background for a linked series of games of Games Workshop’s Warhammer 40,000 tabletop miniatures wargame. It is not intended to be a fun game in its own right, but rather a framework for a fun WH40K campaign. It makes use of a hex map which depicts an area many times the size of a 40K tabletop, and counters that represent a force many times the size of a full 40K force organization chart.
